Naabfit is a leading online fitness platform dedicated to transforming lives through personalized fitness and wellness programs. We are seeking a proactive and organized **Admin** to provide essential support to our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office.
- Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage calendars for the team.
- Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure office equipment is well-maintained.
- Assist with filing, document management, and organizing internal databases.
- Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks as needed, including onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Prepare reports, handle data entry, and manage confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support the team with various tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an **Admin** or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to assist across various departments.
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
