We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Office Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Key Responsibilities:

- **Reception and Front Desk Management**:

- Greet visitors and answer phone calls professionally.
- Manage incoming mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- **Calendar and Scheduling**:

- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate conference room bookings and set up meeting materials.
- **Document Management**:

- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Manage document processing and archiving.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Handle expense reports and invoices
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with project management tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle the bills payment ontime and avoid due dates for all office related payments and bank transactions.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different departments to support their administrative needs.

Qualifications:

- **Required**:

- Diploma or Degree in any stream
- Proven experience as an office administrator or similar rolle
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Salary : 20000 - 25000 / month.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
