Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, induction, transfers, confirmation, and offboarding

  • Address employee queries and grievances following company policies

  • Organize and lead employee engagement activities and HR communication efforts

  • Collaborate with teams to enhance process efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail

  • Thorough understanding of HR practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
