Role: Business Head and COO [Lifestyle & Furnishing]
Exp: 15-25 Years
Location: South Delhi
Role Objective: We are looking for a Dynamic, performance Driven Leader with core expertise in Management of End-to-End Business Operations in Luxury Retail, Premium lifestyle products, or high-value B2B/B2C salespreferably within the premium furniture industry. The ideal candidate will drive Business Growth, Forge Strategic Partnerships, and Expand the Company brand & market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and P&L Management
- Own the end-to-end PL for the brand across B2B, B2C and Retail Sales
- Translate business strategy into actionable plans, budgets, and KPIs.
- Partner with the CEO and Board to drive long-term growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Merchandising Category Management
- Lead the merchandising strategy across all product categories to ensure product-market fit, margin optimization, and inventory health.
- Define seasonal calendars, pricing, and assortment plans based on trend forecasts
Sourcing Supply Chain Management
- Drive efficient sourcing strategies across geographies (domestic and international) to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Develop strong vendor relationships & streamline procurement processes to reducelead times and increase flexibility.
Product Development Design
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to market, ensuring alignment with brand vision, trend forecasts, and customer needs
- Collaborate with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams to launch innovative, trend-right collections in line with consumer demand.
Marketing Brand Building
- Drive the marketing team to define and execute integrated campaigns across digital, retail and brand channels.
- Ensure alignment of product, pricing, positioning, and promotions to create a compelling consumer experience.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty initiatives to build brand equity
Cross-functional & Team Leadership
- Lead a diverse team across merchandising, design, sourcing, operations, and marketing.
- Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
- Build processes and systems to scale operations efficiently across channels and formats.
Preferred Candidate Profile and Key essentials:
- Develop and implement a Comprehensive Business Strategy in alignment with the overall company objectives of enhance market presence and profitability.
- Mange a team of Professionals in Business Development and Marketing Function.
- Constantly identify new market opportunities in Domestic and International arena, enable marketing teams to seize the opportunity, priorities strategic initiatives.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor, and industry developments. Utilize market intelligence to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Direct the production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to optimize manufacturing processes and meet customer specifications.
8. End to End P&L Operation Management of B2B and B2C Retail and Showroom Sales in NCR and Northern India
9. Identify New Business Opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, Architects, Interior Designers, and Key Corporate Accounts.
11. Lead Sales Presentations, negotiations, and closings with key clients and partners.
12. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create customer-centric solutions.
13. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury retail segment.
14. Drive CRM initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention.
15. Represent Company Brand at high-profile events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

18. Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
