Job Overview:As theBusiness Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations and growth strategies of Trzy Innovationz. Your role is pivotal in shaping the company’s future, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading high-impact projects in the fields of movie marketing, event management, and Holobox innovations. You will work closely with key stakeholders to define and execute long-term strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies that enhance the growth and profitability of Trzy Innovationz in movie marketing, event management, and Holobox technology. Revenue Growth: Identify and drive revenue-generating opportunities by expanding client relationships, developing new business models, and exploring new market segments. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, optimizing processes and workflows for efficiency. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor department heads across marketing, sales, production, and creative teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Client & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Lead high-level negotiations and ensure that client expectations are consistently exceeded. Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities by networking with industry professionals, attending events, and engaging in strategic partnerships. Financial Oversight: Manage the company’s P&L, set financial goals, and ensure budget adherence while working with the finance team to monitor cash flow, expenses, and investments. Brand Positioning: Ensure Trzy Innovationz remains at the forefront of innovation in entertainment marketing by driving initiatives that enhance the company’s brand visibility and market standing. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on trends in movie marketing, event promotions, and Holobox innovations, adapting strategies to remain competitive. Innovation & Creativity: Encourage innovative thinking across the organization, ensuring the development of cutting-edge marketing solutions for the entertainment industry. Requirements:Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally as a Business Head or General Manager in the entertainment, media, marketing, or technology sectors. Strong background in business strategy, with a focus on scaling operations, revenue generation, and P&L management. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, especially in movie marketing, event management, and tech innovations such as Holobox. Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and setting financial strategies. Ability to think strategically and act tactically, balancing big-picture vision with hands-on execution. Preferred Qualifications:MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience working in entertainment marketing, events, or emerging tech industries. Track record of driving business growth and delivering on key financial metrics. Strong network within the entertainment, film, or tech sectors.
