Job Role/ Designation :- Business Head- Crane Vertical

Experience :- 15+ years experience in crane business

Education Qualification :- B.E/BTech /Diploma

Experience :- Minimum 15-20 years experience in Crane Business

The Role is responsible for the comprehensive Crane Fleet Management of our heavy-duty cranes (750+ Tonnes). Your focus is on operational readiness, safety, and efficiency. Deep understanding of Crane Technicality, including operational and maintenance practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage crane operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution of lifts.
  • Oversee fleet management activities such as vehicle maintenance, repair, and replacement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for all operations.
  • Coordinate with team members to achieve operational efficiency and productivity targets.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to crane utilization, fleet availability, and safety metrics.

  • Recruitment and training of specialized crane operators and crane riggers.

  • Ensuring optimal spares and service management to maximize uptime and minimize cost overruns. Also arrange trailer & other ancillaries.

  • Upholding stringent Safety, Health & Environment standards and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
