Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Development Officer to support student acquisition, institutional outreach, and promotional activities across Kerala. The role includes visiting educational institutions, conducting engagement sessions, coordinating events, interacting with local communities, and generating qualified leads for the sales and admissions teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit schools, colleges, and learning centers across Kerala as per planned schedules
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, student interactions, and awareness sessions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community partners
  • Collect and update student/parent information accurately in the CRM system
  • Support offline promotional activities such as brochures, posters, standees, and event setups
  • Develop and manage community networks, referral partners, and local contacts
  • Generate high-quality leads through outreach, events, and engagement initiatives
  • Participate in education fairs, expos, campus events, and public programs
  • Identify new partnership and collaboration opportunities with institutions
  • Track the effectiveness of outreach activities and share improvement insights
  • Coordinate follow-up actions with Sales and Counseling teams
  • Encourage walk-ins and inquiries to centers through outreach and promotions
  • Maintain organized daily logs of visits, leads, and activities
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Work closely with internal teams to support campaigns and outreach initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, outreach, or offline/BTL marketing
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam
  • Ability to manage travel, events, and external activities independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively and achieve monthly goals
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
  • Mandatory: Submission of a short self-introduction video

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
