Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Officer to manage field activities and student outreach across Kerala. The role involves visiting educational institutions, interacting with students, coordinating events, engaging with communities, and generating quality leads. A short self-introduction video must be submitted along with the application.

Responsibilities

  • Visit schools and colleges across Kerala as per planned schedules
  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and awareness sessions for students
  • Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community partners
  • Collect and verify student/parent information and update the CRM promptly
  • Support offline promotional activities such as brochures, posters, and standees
  • Build and manage local agent networks and community channels
  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and outreach programs
  • Participate in education fairs, expos, campus events, and public programs
  • Identify new collaboration opportunities with institutions and local businesses
  • Evaluate event and activity performance based on lead quality and conversion
  • Coordinate with Sales and Counseling teams for timely follow-up
  • Drive walk-ins to centers through various field initiatives
  • Maintain clear records of visits, events, and leads generated
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Work closely with internal teams for campaign implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 0–3 years of field sales or BTL experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam
  • Ability to manage field travel and events independently
  • Comfortable with extensive travel and achieving monthly targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
  • A self-introduction video is mandatory for application
