About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEO Trainer to conduct in-person training sessions for students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SEO and a genuine interest in teaching and helping others grow their digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver classroom-based SEO training sessions to individuals and groups.
  • Create and update training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
  • Teach core topics such as:
  • On-page & off-page SEO
  • Technical SEO
  • Keyword research & competitor analysis
  • Link building strategies
  • Google Search Console & Analytics
  • Local SEO and Content Optimization
  • Conduct live demonstrations using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Monitor trainee performance, assign practical projects, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with the academic or training team to ensure smooth batch scheduling and session flow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong understanding of Google ranking factors, analytics, and keyword research.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex SEO concepts for beginners.
  • Experience using major SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Comfortable with in-person classroom teaching.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or digital marketing instructor.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, WordPress, and social media optimization.
  • SEO certifications (Google, HubSpot, or similar) are a plus.
