Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and mobile platforms.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Continuously test and optimize marketing tactics for better return on investment, using A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other analytical methods.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage the marketing budget to maximize campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO strategies that increase visibility and drive traffic to our website.
  • Work closely with the product, design, and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and customer insights.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, offering actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in performance marketing, particularly in a technology or software company.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
  • Certifications: Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar are highly desirable.
