Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Efficacy Pest Control Service, located in Panaji. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing market trends. They will also be responsible for overseeing the creation of marketing materials, coordinating with internal teams, and managing social media accounts. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure brand consistency throughout all marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Experience in conducting market research and analyzing market trends
  • Proficiency in overseeing the creation of marketing materials and managing social media accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and the sales team
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Knowledge of the pest control industry is a plus
