We are looking for a
Brand Manager
to lead SSCG's brand mandates from our Goa office. This role is about owning the brand end-to-end — strategy, campaigns, content, and consistency across every touchpoint. You will work closely with creative, strategy, and venture teams to ensure that every project SSCG touches — whether internal or for clients — is unmistakably positioned and executed with clarity and impact.

This is not a back-office brand role; it's a
hands-on, high-ownership position
where you'll move between strategy decks, campaign execution, content calendars, and on-ground brand activations.Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy:
    Define positioning, messaging frameworks, and brand identity for SSCG and client brands.
  • Campaign Management:
    Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, print, and experiential.
  • Content Oversight:
    Build and manage editorial calendars, ensure consistency across social, website, and PR.
  • Creative Direction:
    Collaborate with in-house design, photo/video, and copy teams to deliver on-brand assets.
  • Performance & Analytics:
    Track campaign outcomes, measure brand KPIs, and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Market & Consumer Insight:
    Monitor trends, competitive landscape, and cultural shifts to keep brands relevant.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment:
    Act as the brand custodian, ensuring consistency across marketing, sales, and product.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in
    brand management, marketing, or strategy roles
    (agency or in-house).
  • Strong grasp of
    brand storytelling, positioning, and multi-channel campaigns
    .
  • Ability to translate strategy into
    clear briefs and measurable executions
    .
  • Proficiency with digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in lifestyle, consumer, or venture brands.
