Role Objective: The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that quality control checks / audits are conducted at assigned sites for structural work in order to comply with Lodha's quality management standards. The incumbent will also assist in ensuring that correct construction practices are being followed at assigned Lodha sites

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance :

  • Carryout Quality checks that the implementation of correct construction practices for all structural works are in compliance with approved Method Statements, ITPs, Drawings, Specifications
  • Carry out post concrete audits and raise NCRs, classifying them into major or minor and monitor their closure.
    •Review the calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project ensuring the equipment is within calibration prior to use
  • Ensure that all arrangements are in place before starting of concrete from quality perspective.

Quality Control :

  • Carryout Quality Control Inspections at defined stage as per approved ITPs, Drawings, Specifications for all structural works
  • Carryout Inspections of all materials delivered at site as well as inspections at vendors / suppliers premises and compliance with standard specifications
  • Carryout inspections for formwork, concrete pre -concrete checks, including checking the xyz coordinates, levels, plumb, and Compliances with specifications for shuttering and reinforcement works.
    •Check the reinforcement w r t the latest VFC, shall carryout random sample checks for correctness of BBS as per the reference drawings
  • Verification of the fresh concrete quality (randomly) such as concrete slump, cohesiveness, retention time, concrete mix batching sheets against the approved design mix at the time concrete pouring

Practice: B. Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10-15 years of experience working in Real Estate/Construction industry.
