We are looking for an amazing Manager/Lead for US recruitment with excellent leadership skills, who will own the complete US recruitment process of the organisation. To be successful in this role, you should have a HR academic background and experience screening and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate would be a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly. The roles and responsibilities will include:
Job Timings: 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Mon-Fri)- US Shift, Sat & Sun are fixed Off.
Responsibilities
  • Working on complete recruitment cycle for hiring IT Consultants as needed.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team and key management in India and US.
  • Manage applicant tracking system, keep it updated and develop recruitment reports.
  • Source the candidates from various job portals doing the outreach vial indeed, Linkedin, FB etc.
  • Keep a track of current openings. Posting/ Updating the jobs on portals.
  • Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process & take required action.
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.

Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of full lifecycle US IT Recruiting / Talent Acquisition experience focused on recruiting Information Technology professionals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience handling a Team as a Lead/ manager.
  • Must have worked on Direct Client requirements.
  • Knowledge of Cloud technical stacks.
  • Deep knowledge of applicable, technical sourcing techniques.
