The ideal candidate will handle recruitment for both in-house and client requirements. This includes scheduling interviews, screening candidates, posting job openings on various platforms, and managing all hiring documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and screen candidates.
  • Schedule interviews for in-house and client requirements.
  • Manage the complete hiring process including document collection.
  • Post job openings on multiple platforms.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates and team members.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (both written and spoken).
  • Smart, professional, and highly organized.
  • Candidates living in Kochi are preferred.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month.
