1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and staff positions.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, background verification, and prepare offer letters.
  • Plan and execute employee onboarding and induction programs.

2. Attendance & Payroll

  • Monitor employee attendance, overtime, and leave records.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing and statutory deductions.
  • Handle time-office activities and maintain accurate HRIS data.

3. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory Act, etc.).
  • Liaise with government departments, auditors, and inspectors.
  • Maintain statutory registers, records, and timely submission of returns.

4. Employee Relations

  • Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Support disciplinary procedures and domestic inquiries.
  • Promote communication between management and shop floor employees.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate technical/soft-skill training programs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

6. Performance Management

  • Assist in setting KRAs and conducting annual performance appraisals.
  • Support managers in performance reviews and feedback sessions.

7. Health, Safety & Welfare

  • Ensure employee welfare activities are effectively implemented.
  • Coordinate with the EHS team on health and safety initiatives.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement and motivation programs.

8. HR Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare HR MIS reports (attendance, attrition, headcount, etc.).
  • Maintain employee personnel files and documentation.
  • Support audits and internal HR reviews.
