Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive & Marketer to join our team. He/She will be responsible for initiating calls to potential clients, providing information about our products/services, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company's products/services.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and customer feedback in the database.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities by understanding customer needs.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to achieve overall company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi]
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or related fields is a plus.
  • Prior experience in [industry-specific requirement, e.g., healthcare, sales, etc.] is preferred.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 04:00 PM]
