**Telesales Executive (USA Process)**
**Location**: Ahmedabad, India
**Shift**: Night Shift

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers in line with assigned targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
- Effectively handle objections and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales activities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining quality customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English is compulsory, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior telesales or telecalling experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for managing customer records and sales software.
