Telesales Executive

Kaira Software Pvt. Ltd., a leading software development company, is looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our sales and customer engagement team. You will play a key role in initiating contact with potential clients, answering queries, and helping drive sales conversions through effective communication.
In addition, you will also support outreach for our platform – The Design Bridge – which connects tile manufacturers, dealers, and architects by helping list discontinued or dead stock items for resale. This is a unique opportunity to work across both the software and building materials industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our software solutions and services
- Answer customer queries related to products, features, and pricing
- Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions
- Follow up on leads, meet monthly sales targets, and facilitate future sales
- Record details of interactions, sales, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
- Process orders efficiently and resolve basic client concerns
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers at all times
- Support outreach for The Design Bridge by contacting tile companies and dealers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales, customer support, or similar voice-based role
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Ability to explain technical products in simple terms
- Good listening skills and a problem-solving attitude
- Cool-tempered, resilient, and able to handle rejection with professionalism
- Basic computer and CRM usage knowledge is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
