**Job Title**: Telesales Executive
**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
**Experience**: 6 months in Telesales

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products/services.
- **Lead Qualification**: Identify and qualify leads through engaging conversations, analyzing customer needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant data in the CRM.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and updates to answer customer inquiries effectively.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve sales efforts.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 6 months of telesales experience (inbound/outbound).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive phone manner.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of sales achievements.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to handle objections and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in B2B or B2C telesales.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
