**Job Title**: Telesales Executive - Real Estate**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented **Telesales Executive** to join our real estate sales team. You will be responsible for calling potential clients, understanding their property needs, promoting real estate projects, and setting up appointments for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, real estate market awareness, and a passion for sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.
- Present real estate projects and investment opportunities persuasively over the phone.
- Qualify leads based on client requirements and preferences (e.g., budget, location, property type).
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the field sales team.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain and update client information in CRM systems accurately.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, project details, and competitor offerings.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service; real estate experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (and local languages if needed).
- Good knowledge of real estate market dynamics, especially local projects and locations.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel).

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.

**Job Type**: Full-Time**Salary**: [Base + Incentives]

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
