Job responsibilities of a telesales executive:

- Project knowledge: Take knowledge of all projects and real estate from the market, do

OJT with sales teams.
- Generate visits: Research, make cold calls, and pitch to potential clients to identify their

needs and convert them into site visits.
- Meet sales targets: Follow a sales script and strategy, but be able to improvise when

needed.
- Build customer relationships: Maintain relationships with existing clients as well as

new clients, remind them for site visits and revisits, and inform them of deals.
- Manage client accounts: Answer questions about projects or the company, and handle

grievances.
- Update customers: Inform customers about new launches and record their reactions,

and advertise discounts and offers.
- Keep records: Track sales leads, customer interactions, and performance.
- Liaise with other departments: Coordinate with other departments to address

customer queries and complaints.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
