**Position**: Telesales Executive
**Location**: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad
**Shift**: Night Shift (Monday to Friday)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide efficient resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a high-performance culture.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and sales challenges to the team lead.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
- Ability to work night shifts and meet the demands of U.S. time zones.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
