Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic female candidates to join our night shift telesales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work independently during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers using a prepared script to introduce products/services.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide relevant information.
  • Sales Conversion: Persuade customers to purchase products/services, handle objections, and close sales.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately record customer interactions and sales details in the CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback to the team leader/manager on customer responses and suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Sales Ability: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and telecommunication systems.
  • Availability: Willingness to work night shifts and weekends if required.
  • Experience: Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,586.88 per month
