Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and inquisitive
AI Generalist Engineer
to join our growing innovation team. This role is perfect for early-career professionals eager to explore how AI can be applied across diverse domains such as education, robotics, IoT, digital platforms, and community development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models for educational, social impact, and innovation-driven projects
  • Co-create intelligent tools, workflows, and learning experiences in collaboration with content, design, and engineering teams
  • Mentor student-led innovation teams and guide them in building AI-enabled solutions
  • Support the design and development of AI agents for personalized learning, automation, and decision support
  • Facilitate AI-focused workshops, classes, and training sessions for students and faculty
  • Build and integrate intelligent systems with robotics, IoT devices, and digital platforms
  • Contribute to backend development, APIs, and dashboards for AI-driven applications
  • Document model behavior, technical processes, and deployment pipelines
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices relevant to education and innovation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks)
  • Familiarity with data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and basic cloud computing knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Exposure to robotics, IoT, or edge computing is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively
  • Passion for applying technology to address real-world challenges and create meaningful impact
