About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Generalist Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about gaining hands-on experience in project management and looking to build a strong foundation in managing tasks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to project deliverables. The intern will play an essential role in supporting the project management team in achieving organizational goals through coordination, reporting, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation Management: Update and maintain key project documents, ensuring they are accurate, organized, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • No-Code Dashboard Development: Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards using no-code tools to visualize key project metrics and performance indicators.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Assist in coordinating with various internal departments, including HR, Finance, Marketing, and Legal, to facilitate project alignment, gather inputs, and ensure timely updates.
  • Report Creation & Monthly Reporting: Assist the project management team in developing regular performance and progress reports, including monthly summaries, with a focus on data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Newsletter Drafting: Contribute to the drafting of internal and external newsletters that effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and relevant news.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and drafting of reports and newsletters.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail for accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Proactivity: A self-starter who can work independently and has the willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
