Job Summary:

We are looking for female candidates with excellent communication skills in Hindi to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional interaction and timely support.

Your role would be:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi.
  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate information or solutions.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments.
  • Adhere to company policies and service level standards.

Requirements:

  • Language: Must be fluent in Hindi (speaking and understanding).
  • Gender: Female candidates only.
  • Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience: 0–3 years in a BPO / Customer Service / Call Centre role (Freshers are welcome).
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in Hindi voice process or customer-facing roles.
  • Multilingual ability (Tamil / English) is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and customer-centric approach.

Salary:

Fixed as per mentioned in the JOB POSTING

Working Days & Timings:

6 days a week | Day shift.
