Planning & Coordination Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our factory planning and coordination team. This role offers hands-on exposure to operational planning, interdepartmental coordination, production scheduling, and performance monitoring. Ideal for recent graduates or MBA students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and updating production schedules and material plans.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track and report daily production status and highlight bottlenecks.
  • Help in data collection, analysis, and reporting for planning and efficiency metrics.
  • Support in preparation of dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal reviews.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation related to planning and operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and task tracking with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Science / Commerce) or
  • Pursuing or recently completed an MBA (Operations / Supply Chain / General Management)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing operations or supply chain concepts
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data handling
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 2-4 months

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
