About the Role

We are looking for a Healthcare IT Implementation Engineer to deploy and support our hospital management software across client sites. This role is ideal for professionals from hospital IT teams or healthcare IT product companies with hands-on experience in MS SQL, Crystal Reports, and HMS implementation.

The position involves extensive travel (50%) within India and occasional international projects (Middle East). Candidates must be comfortable with client-facing roles, system setup, and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to client sites for software deployment & configuration (minimum 2 weeks/month).
  • Manage end-to-end implementation cycles (up to 30 days on-site when required).
  • Work with MS SQL Server for installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Customize and generate reports using Crystal Reports.
  • Write and execute basic SQL queries for reporting & validation.
  • Train hospital staff on software workflows, reporting, and usage.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal development/support teams.
  • Maintain implementation reports, issue logs, and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Degree or non-degree acceptable.
  • Experience:
  • Hospitals: Minimum 2–3 years as IT Executive / Hospital IT Support.
  • Healthcare Software Companies (IT Dose, EH Note, Easy Solutions, Yarago, Aosta, Sukra Software, etc.): Minimum 1 year.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on with MS SQL Server (queries, setup, troubleshooting).
  • Experience with Crystal Reports.
  • Familiarity with Hospital Management Systems (HMS/HIS).
  • Other Skills: Strong problem-solving, client-facing communication, and willingness to travel extensively.
