Job Description:

We are looking for a HealthTech Implementation Engineer to manage deployment, configuration, and support of our EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software at hospitals and healthcare centers. The role involves working on SQL databases, Crystal Reports, and providing client-side and remote support during and after implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and deploy EMR / Hospital Management Software (HMS) at client locations and remotely.
  • Work with MS SQL databases – create queries, perform troubleshooting, and manage configurations.
  • Customize and generate Crystal Reports as per client requirements.
  • Provide end-user training, go-live assistance, and ongoing technical support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and system upgrades.
  • Travel to client sites as needed for on-site implementation.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in software implementation / deployment (preferably in healthcare or hospital IT systems).
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL Database, queries, and Crystal Reports.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
  • Willingness to travel across India for implementation when required.
  • Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Hybrid – Remote + Client Site Visits (as required)

Pay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
