Senior SEO/AEO/GEO Specialist

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Were seeking a hands-on Senior SEO / AEO / GEO Specialist with 69 years of proven experience in scaling global platforms from 1M+ to 50M+ in organic traffic. This is a high-impact, strategic execution role for someone who can plan and deliver advanced technical SEO initiatives, train and lead multiple junior teams, delegate effectively, and own growth metrics end-to-end.

You will spearhead initiatives to rank globally across search engines, chatbots, and generative AI platforms. The ideal candidate is technically sharp, fundamentally strong, and data-driven, with a proven track record of generating consistent, high-quality global organic inquiries at scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategy & Execution

2. Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies across technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, AEO, and GEO for global and multilingual markets.

3. Plan and implement scalable strategies to rank across search engines, chatbots, and AI platforms, driving high-quality organic inquiries from multiple languages and geographies.

4. Identify opportunities, run structured experiments, and deploy data-driven growth tactics to accelerate multilingual traffic and visibility.

5. Technical SEO & Site Health

6. Conduct comprehensive site audits, resolve crawl/indexation issues, optimize Core Web Vitals, and enhance structured data implementation.

7. Lead site architecture improvements, optimize internal linking, sitemaps, and deploy advanced schema for AEO visibility.

8. Continuously monitor Google Search Console, crawl logs, and analytics to maintain world-class site performance globally.

9. Content Optimization & GEO/AEO

10. Collaborate closely with content teams to optimize existing and new content for maximum multilingual search and AI discoverability.

11. Implement AEO strategies, including FAQ schema, structured answers, and snippet optimization, to rank across chatbots and generative engines.

12. Drive GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives and experiments to improve visibility within LLMs and emerging AI ecosystems.

13. Link Building & Authority Growth

14. Develop and lead scalable white-hat link-building strategies to expand domain authority across global markets.

15. Build and maintain relationships with reputable publishers, health directories, and niche communities to amplify reach and trust signals.

16. Leadership, Measurement & Team Development

17. Train, mentor, and lead junior SEO/AEO/GEO team members to build a high-performing global growth function.

18. Establish scalable workflows, SOPs, KPIs, and reporting systems to ensure measurable performance, quality, and execution excellence.
19. Collaborate with leadership to align SEO strategy with business objectives and achieve daily organic inquiry targets.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5–8 years of proven, hands-on SEO experience, including Technical SEO, On-page, Off-page, and Content Optimization, with measurable impact.
• Demonstrated success in scaling global platforms from 1M+ to 50M+ organic traffic in multilingual global markets.
• Deep expertise in search engine algorithms, structured data, AEO, and emerging generative AI ranking ecosystems.
• Proven experience in training, mentoring, and managing teams, with a focus on both strategic leadership and execution excellence.
• Data-driven decision-making, with advanced proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and AI-powered SEO platforms.
• A strong bias for execution, ownership, and delivering measurable results.
