Job Title: Implementation Lead Healthcare Analytics

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to oversee the deployment of our healthcare analytics solutions. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful integration of data, and managing client relationships from project planning through go-live. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, a deep understanding of the healthcare domain, and a client-centric approach to deliver high-quality implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare analytics projects, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain client relationships, conducting discovery sessions and ensuring client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design, customize, and integrate analytics solutions that meet client-specific requirements.
  • Data Integration & Configuration: Oversee data mapping, ETL processes, and platform configuration to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
  • Training & Support: Provide client training, create user guides, and offer ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate data integrity.
  • Change Management: Identify risks, develop strategies for smooth adoption, and facilitate organizational change during implementation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and enhance implementation processes based on feedback from clients and teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience - 15 to 20 years
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Proven experience managing healthcare analytics or software implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare data (EHR, claims data, clinical systems) and industry regulations.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies (PMP preferred).
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
