We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team and drive business growth through strong client relationships and effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Generate new business opportunities and explore untapped markets.
  • Handle negotiations and close deals effectively.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings and industry events.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management.

Requirements:

  • MBA (Mandatory) – preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • Excellent command over English with impeccable communication and language skills.
  • Strong conversational ability, confident personality, and presentable appearance.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Smart, hardworking, and target-driven with a proactive approach.
  • Prior experience in sales (preferably in B2B or steel/industrial sector) is an added advantage.
