Job Overview
We seek a Front Desk Receptionist for our Gwalior and North East Delhi location. This is a junior-level, full-time position, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves handling front desk operations efficiently and requires excellent multitasking, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook for day-to-day office tasks and communication (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to multitask effectively, managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment (Mandatory skill).
- Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently address and resolve any issues that arise at the front desk (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software to maintain client interactions and records efficiently.
- Experience with Appointment Scheduling Software to manage bookings and calendars efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed on time and efficiently.
- Data entry skills for accurately inputting and managing information and records.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they approach the front desk in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area.
- Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring all necessary details are correctly documented.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to facilitate smooth operations and communication.
- Provide support to management and other departments as needed, ensuring efficient workflow and service delivery.
