Designation: Regional Sales Lead (South)
Location: Hyderabad
Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Lead will oversee sales operations, cultivate strategic accounts, and strengthen the company's market footprint across South India. This position demands a proactive and performance-oriented professional with exceptional relationship management capabilities and a comprehensive grasp of sales methodologies to drive sustainable business expansion.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve/exceed sales targets via events, client leads, and partnerships.
- Align regional sales plans with business goals; identify opportunities to grow market share.
- Conduct demos, presentations, and client meetings; support negotiations and closures.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong client and partner relationships.
- Deliver post-sales support, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and close deals.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work with R&D, technical, service, logistics, and operations for seamless execution.
- Share client feedback to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with marketing to boost brand visibility and sales.
Operational Excellence, Analytics & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
- Provide timely reports through daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.
- Ensure timely collections and payment compliance.
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and customer needs
