Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day backend operations for mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIPs.
  • Monitor transaction flow and ensure timely processing and settlement of orders through RTA platforms (e.g., CAMS, KFintech).
  • Perform and validate daily reconciliation between client orders, fund house confirmations, and RTA data.
  • Handle discrepancies and exceptions by coordinating with AMCs, RTAs, and internal tech/product teams.
  • Manage and ensure correctness of client account statements, NAV updates, and unit allocations.
  • Work closely with compliance and audit teams to ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal SOPs.
  • Implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and contribute to scalability of backend systems.
  • Train and lead junior team members, allocate tasks, and monitor team performance against KPIs.
  • Prepare periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and data summaries for senior management.
  • Support in resolving escalated customer issues related to backend operations.
