Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our consultancy. The candidate must possess strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of overseas education, and hands-on experience with student visa processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of counselors in student guidance and admissions.
  • Counsel students on overseas education options, admission processes, and career opportunities.
  • Handle end-to-end student visa application process.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with universities and educational partners abroad.
  • Achieve team targets and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Report to management with regular updates on team and individual performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education consultancy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of overseas education systems and visa processes.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage and guide a team effectively.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
