Job Description:Job Title Order Management Team LeadJob Level 4BLocation Bangalore 100 Work from OfficeShift Requirement Flexible working in any shifts 24 7 coverage environmentKey Responsibilities:Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Order Management Team Lead to lead and manage a team of Specialists and Subject Matter Experts SMEs in the Order to Cash O2C processThis role is essential in driving team performance maintaining excellence ensuring compliance and fostering continuous development within the teamThe Team Lead will oversee end to end order lifecycle management handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high quality resultsThe ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of O2C processes proven leadership experience and the ability to optimize team performanceThis role requires strong coaching abilities the capacity to handle complex scenarios and the skills to continuously improve both team efficiency and qualityKey ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership Management Lead and manage a team of O2C specialists and SMEs ensuring alignment with organizational goals and optimal team performanceProcess Ownership Oversee the entire order lifecycle including order processing customer query resolution deal progression invoicing and escalationsEnsure processes are handled efficiently and accuratelyMentorship Development Coach and mentor team members providing continuous feedback performance assessments and opportunities for skill developmentEscalation Management Handle escalated issues ensuring they are resolved effectively and with minimal impact on operations and customer satisfactionStakeholder Collaboration Work closely with cross functional teams including sales finance and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and alignment on process improvementsProcess Improvement Identify areas for process optimization reduce inefficiencies and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the O2C processQuality Assurance Ensure adherence to quality standards and regularly review team performance metrics such as accuracy timeliness and complianceSystem Proficiency Provide guidance in the use of ERP and CRM tools supporting the team in leveraging these systems effectivelyPerformance Monitoring Monitor team KPIs ensuring that quality scores and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met or exceededShift Leadership Provide leadership presence across multiple shifts to ensure smooth operations in a 24 7 environmentPreferred Skills:S&F->SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING ( Vendor Management); INVENTORY PLANNING; INSIDE SALES; MDM
