Role & responsibilities

The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of sales agents. The primary role includes assigning customer leads to the team, ensuring timely follow-up calls, motivating agents to convert leads, and guiding customers to visit their nearest store. The Team Leader will monitor performance, provide training, and ensure achievement of daily and monthly targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 4 to 9 years of experience in Team Handling.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Good understanding of customer handling and lead management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems (preferred).
  • Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribute and assign customer leads to the sales agents daily.
  • Ensure agents contact customers promptly and guide them to the nearest store for visits.
  • Track the progress of each lead and ensure proper follow-up by the team.
  • Motivate and support agents to achieve sales and conversion targets.
  • Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and visit confirmations.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and ensure resolution.
  • Coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth customer handling once they visit.
  • Monitor team productivity and maintain high service standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards for management.
