We're looking for an energetic and people-driven
Team Lead
to join our
Video KYC team
at
slice
. You don't need to come from the KYC or banking background if you've managed teams, coached people, and driven performance in
any
industry, we'd love to talk to you

This is a pure
team management
role, where you'll be leading a team of
25–30 members
and ensuring smooth operations, training, and compliance with internal processes.

What You'll Do

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 25–30 members handling Video KYC operations.
• Conduct regular training and refreshers to ensure team members are updated on process and SOP changes.
• Monitor team performance, prepare performance metrics, and maintain dashboards.
• Audit team calls to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to SOPs.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to improve performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to highlight gaps, share updates, and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain a positive and engaging team culture focused on growth and accountability.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience
  as a
  Team Lead / Supervisor / Floor Lead / Assistant Manager
  (any industry).
• Strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on with Excel or dashboard tools (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to work in
  rotational shifts
  and
  6-day working
  setup.
• A proactive attitude with ownership and accountability.
