Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced
Team Lead – US Recruitment
with strong expertise in both
IT and Non-IT hiring
, direct client interaction. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of leading and mentoring a high-performing recruitment team
.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for
    Technical and Non Technical
    roles for
    direct client
    requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US Recruiters to ensure daily/weekly targets are achieved.
  • Source candidates through Job Portals like Dice,Monster, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
  • Strong understanding of
    W2 employment
    , C2C, 1099, and various
    US visa categories
    (USC, GC, H1B, TN, EAD, etc.).

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide guidance to improve efficiency.

  • Handle negotiations with candidates on pay rates, relocation, availability, and other factors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure quick turnaround on requirements.
  • Ensure compliance throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports to management on team performance and hiring metrics.

Required Skills:

  • 8–10 years of US recruitment experience
    , with at least 3-4 years in a
    Team Lead
    role.
  • Strong expertise in both
    IT and Non-IT recruiting
    for direct clients.
  • Hands-on experience with
    JobDiva
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership, team-handling, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent
    negotiation skills
    with both candidates and clients.
  • Deep understanding of
    US recruitment process
    , terminology, tax terms, and visas.
  • Ability to manage high-volume hiring and work under pressure.
