We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team in an on-site role based in Bengaluru, India. This position is ideal for a strong people manager who can lead teams effectively while ensuring high performance, collaboration, and timely delivery of goals.

You will play a key role in guiding team members, driving execution, and acting as a bridge between leadership and the team.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a team to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of projects
  • Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback and coaching
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ensuring processes, quality standards, and best practices are followed
  • Resolving team issues and supporting problem-solving initiatives
  • Tracking progress, reporting status, and escalating risks when needed
  • Supporting onboarding and training of new team members
  • Driving continuous improvement and team engagement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
  • Experience managing workflows, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in IT, operations, customer service, or project-based teams
  • Familiarity with performance metrics, reporting, or KPIs
  • Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams
