This is a unique opportunity for a high-energy professional to be part of the Learning & Development team of USI NSE supporting Belgium with coordination and organization of learning activities at national level. You will be responsible for providing operational support to the Belgium-based L&D team.

Work you will do

As a Analyst in USI supporting Belgium Member Firm, you will focus on following areas:

Work you will do :

• Faculty reminders (reminder 1 month before training to the faculty that they need to start prepping the session)
• QR code creation + forward to the trainer in faculty confirmation via outlook.
• Report on the business regarding learning and attendances.
• Quality check via learning dashboard for Delight.
• Further development of custom learning journeys.
• Booking MR & catering if not urgent.
• Performing critical Human Resources workflow tasks.
• Being in regular contact with the HR team you work with.
• Communicate via mail with the Deloitte employees.
• Updating information on different databases (e.g. SAP, ServiceNow).
• Helping onboarding new members to the firm, either Young Graduate or Experienced.
• Giving support to the performance management cycle.
• Extracting reports to give insights to your colleagues on their activities.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant 3 years of experience in similar role/corporate organization.
• Prior experience of HR & learning is required.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and decision-making skills.

Your responsibilities.

• Support the BE L&D team in the design and roll-out of learning programs, events, and projects.
• Track, collect and clean learning data for quality and usability.
• Report on learning data and metrics.
• Ensure the compliance training requirements are met..
• Continuously look to optimize our processes and policies.
• Handling Administrative tasks for Learning.

USI supporting NSE Shared Service team:

The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in North South Europe region with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.

Work location: Hyderabad

Working time: 11 AM – 8 PM
