Position Overview:
The Client Solutioning Manager bridges the gap between client requirements and product capabilities. You'll work closely with NBFCs, Banks, and Fintech partners to understand their business workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design tailored AI-driven solutions using the platform.
This role requires a strong mix of business acumen, product understanding, and communication skills — enabling you to translate complex client needs into implementable tech solutions that deliver measurable value.
Client Discovery & Requirement Mapping
- Engage with CXO-level and functional stakeholders to understand business goals, lending workflows, and pain points.
- Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions and process walkthroughs.
- Map client requirements to product modules
Solution Design & Proposal Building
- Design customized solutions that fit client processes — balancing feasibility, scalability, and compliance.
- Prepare functional solution documents, workflow diagrams, and integration blueprints.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to validate solution feasibility and effort estimates.
- Present product demos and proof-of-concepts aligned with the client's use case.
Implementation Support
- Handhold clients through pilot phases and UATs.
- Ensure solution delivery aligns with agreed scope and timelines.
- Translate business requirements into user stories for the tech/product teams.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as the single point of contact between Sales, Product, and Client teams during solution design and deployment.
- Work with Product Managers to influence the roadmap based on client demand patterns.
- Support Account Managers and Customer Success teams during post-go-live optimization.
Documentation & Insights
- Prepare client solution decks, proposals, and BRDs.
- Track solution success metrics and generate post-implementation performance reports
- Share recurring client feedback and enhancement ideas with internal stakeholders.
