Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook high-quality Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, and desserts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Develop and implement effective food preparation techniques to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure all food meets quality standards before serving.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in cooking Chinese cuisine, with a focus on DCDP (Duck, Chicken, Dumpling, and Pork) dishes.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including stoves, refrigerators, and dish washing machines.
