Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests, maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective food safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) or Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) in an Indian restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
