Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning menus and preparing dishes.
  • Ensure efficient kitchen operations and maintain a clean environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain inventory of food supplies and ingredients.
  • Implement effective waste management strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cook or Commis I in a professional kitchen setup.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of attention to detail and quality control.
