Chef de Partie Indian Banquet

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in the Indian Banquet department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and kitchen management, with excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Indian Banquet kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in an Indian Banquet setting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques, including curries, biryanis, and tandoori items.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
