We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Professional to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential customers, and promoting solar energy solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and technical understanding of solar systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for solar rooftop and ground-mounted systems.
- Conduct site visits and assess client energy needs.
- Prepare and present customized solar proposals and financial models (CAPEX/OPEX).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Stay updated on solar industry trends, government policies, and incentive schemes.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to promote solar products and services.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in solar or renewable energy sales (industrial/commercial preferred).
- Strong understanding of solar technology, ROI calculations, and power purchase models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹41,521.93 per month
