**Job Title: Sales Executive - Construction Equipment (Aluminium Formwork)**

**Location**:

- Delhi NCR - 2 Positions
- Pune - 2 Positions
- Mumbai - 2 Positions
- Punjab - 1 Position

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and identify new business opportunities by conducting in-depth market research, site visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, including contractors, developers, builders, and other relevant contacts.
- Present and demonstrate our aluminium formwork systems to prospective clients, showcasing product benefits and unique features.
- Analyze client requirements and offer tailored solutions that meet specific construction needs using aluminium formwork technology.
- Prepare comprehensive sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Consistently meet and surpass sales targets set by management to drive company growth.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and advancements in the construction industry.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—design, engineering, and production—to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and actionable market insights to senior management.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years of proven sales experience in the construction equipment sector or aluminium formwork industry.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of aluminium formwork systems and construction processes.
- Ability to work independently, as well as effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software tools.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
